Program
Manor Homes, Inc. (Manor Home Loans) sends text messages for account notifications and customer care — for example, responses to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, requests for documents, and updates on the status of your loan application. Messages are sent by Manor Homes, Inc. and all messages will be handled by Manor Homes, Inc.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at manorhomeloans.com. The box is not pre-checked. Opting in to SMS is optional and is not required to submit the form, to apply for a loan, or to use our services.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and loan activity. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
